1. These terms and conditions of the promotion entitled “BLACK WEEK” (hereinafter: the “Promotion”) set out the rules of operation, eligibility requirements, scope, complaint procedure, the rights of persons participating in the Promotion, as well as the obligations of the Organizer (hereinafter also referred to as the “Promotion Terms”). 
2. The Organizer of the Promotion is FUJIEI EUROPA Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Warsaw, at Aleja Wojska Polskiego 9/108, 01-524 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under entry number KRS 0000693993, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 5252723048, Statistical Registration Number (REGON): 368293244, with a share capital of PLN 1,000,000.00, e-mail address: info@fujiei.eu  (hereinafter also: the “Organizer”), which operates the online store SUBU Tokyo available at: https://subu-tokyo.eu/ 
3. The Promotion is conducted within the territory of the European Union in the SUBU Tokyo online store at: https://subu-tokyo.eu/ and applies exclusively to orders placed for delivery within the European Union, excluding its overseas territories and sui generis communities, including in particular: French Southern and Antarctic Territories, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon, Wallis and Futuna, Greenland, the Netherlands Antilles, Aruba, as well as special EU territories including: Åland Islands, Mount Athos, Büsingen am Hochrhein, Campione d’Italia, Livigno, Ceuta and Melilla, Helgoland, Northern Cyprus, Saimaa Canal and Maly Vysotsky Island, and the Faroe Islands. 

1. Under the Promotion, a Participant is entitled to a discount on a shopping cart containing two or more pairs of shoes, such discount being equal to the price of a pair of shoes marked with the “BLACK WEEK” promotional label, evenly distributed across each pair of shoes in the cart. When the shopping cart contains three or more pairs of shoes, the discount is calculated on the basis of the lowest-priced pair marked with the “BLACK WEEK” promotional label. 
2. The Promotion is valid from 00:00 on 28 November 2025 until 23:59 on 8 December 2025, or until stocks of Products bearing the BLACK WEEK promotional label are depleted, whichever occurs first (hereinafter also: the “Promotion Period”). 
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge (i.e., purchasing Products under the Promotion does not require the Participant to incur any fees other than the price of Products subject to the Promotion). 
4. To participate in the Promotion, the Participant must: a) conclude a Sales Agreement via the SUBU Tokyo online store; b) the subject of the Sales Agreement must include one freely selected pair of shoes and an additional pair from the “BLACK WEEK” collection, marked with the “BLACK WEEK” label. 
5. Once the conditions specified in Section 4 above have been fulfilled, the price of the shopping cart shall be automatically reduced by the value of the pair of shoes from the “BLACK WEEK” collection marked with the “BLACK WEEK” label. 
6. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, promotional vouchers, marketing campaigns, or special product or price offers applicable in the SUBU Tokyo store, unless the terms of such promotion, discount, rebate, markdown, or special price/product offer provide otherwise. 
7. The Promotion does not cover (and therefore does not reduce) the cost of delivery of Products purchased under the Promotion, which shall be borne in full by the Participant. 
8. A Participant may take part in the Promotion multiple times during the Promotion Period. 
9. The discount granted by the Organizer cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged for any other means of payment, and may not be transferred to any third party under any legal title. 
10. Since the Promotion grants the discount only when several Products are purchased together, if the Participant exercises the right of withdrawal from the sales contract (i.e., returns Products), partial withdrawal results in the forfeiture of the discount granted under the Promotion. Consequently, the Participant shall be obliged to pay for the retained Products at standard (non-promotional) prices applicable in the SUBU Tokyo store on the date of purchase.

12. Complaints related to participation in the Promotion shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Polish law and the Organizer’s regulations.

2. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the general terms and conditions of the SUBU Tokyo online store. 
3. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any time, without providing a reason, provided that such cancellation does not affect rights duly acquired by Participants prior to the cancellation. Information about the cancellation shall be announced on the online store website two (2) days prior to the end of the Promotion. 
4. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in the event of a valid reason, understood as: a) changes in generally applicable laws governing commercial promotions, affecting the rights and obligations of the Organizer and Participants; b) changes to the Promotion due to technical or technological reasons (in particular updates to technical requirements indicated in the Regulations); c) amendments to legislation governing the sale of Products or provision of electronic services by the Organizer, affecting rights and obligations under the Sales Agreement, or changes in interpretation thereof resulting from court judgments, decisions, recommendations, or instructions issued by competent authorities; d) changes in the scope or nature of services covered by the Terms and Conditions, including the introduction of new functionalities, modification, or discontinuation of existing functionalities or services provided by the Organizer.
