Please include a note with your order number or full name as per the order, and indicate whether you would like to exchange the product for a different one or return it for a refund. After we receive the parcel and confirm the shoes are in good condition, we will issue a refund or exchange them for a different size. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, as per our rules and regulations.

The materials are machine washable, but for safety, it is recommended to clean them by hand in lukewarm water with mild detergent. You can also use a soft brush to remove dirt. Avoid using bleach or harsh cleaning agents, as they may cause discoloration. Once cleaned, dry the shoes thoroughly in a shaded and ventilated area, avoiding direct sunlight. Please remember not to dry your SUBU shoes in a dryer, as the EVA layer in the sole may get damaged.

We recommend consulting our size chart available on the product page. If you're in between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

SUBU shoes are water-resistant but not completely waterproof. They are designed to handle light rain and snow but should not be submerged in water.

We recommend buying SUBU as per your size. However, if you are in the upper part of the size range, SUBU might feel a bit small and tight at first, but the insole will flatten slightly after some time, making more space inside. If you prefer a looser fit or would like to wear them with thick socks, it might be also good to go for the larger size, as they should not feel overly big.

The SUBU Outline collection is distinguished by the visible stitching on the upper part of the slipper. This stitching gives the Outline models a unique, rugged aesthetic compared to the smoother upper surfaces of SUBU F-line.
